Sgt. Justin McCurdy, with the 801st Field Hospital, started the Barbell Club in Baghdad, Iraq to help improve form and technique in Soldiers that are new to weight lifting. Sgt. McCurdy started his journey into powerlifting nine years ago and never looked back. The club gathers once a week, where Sgt.
