U.S. Air Force Capt. Luke Wilkinson, 305th Air Mobility Wing flight safety officer, and U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Joshua Crockett, 305th Air Mobility Wing Chief of Safety, listen to a speaker at the 2022 Flight Safety Symposium inside the McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Dec. 1, 2022. Hosted by 305th Air Mobility Wing Safety, the Symposium was the first to include maintenance, operations, and operations support personnel as well as have all four JB MDL operational wings in attendance. Airmen came together to discuss current and emerging safety standards, challenges on the flight-line, and how to leverage cross-communication between career fields to prevent safety incidents.
