Keith Taylor, 305th Operations Support Squadron McGuire airfield manager, presents airfield construction updates to Airmen at the 2022 Flight Safety Symposium inside the McGuire base theater on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Dec. 2, 2022. Hosted by 305th Air Mobility Wing Safety, the Symposium was the first to include maintenance, operations, and operations support personnel as well as have all four JB MDL operational wings in attendance. Airmen came together to discuss current and emerging safety standards, challenges on the flight line, and how to leverage cross-communication between career fields to prevent safety incidents.
