U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Brett Hoelt Je, quality assurance coordinator, assigned to the 319th Air Base attaches the crane to the straps on the aircraft wing to relocate it as part of a crash damage disabled aircraft recovery training at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, Dec. 1, 2022. This marked the first time CDDAR training occurred at Incirlik AB with NATO partners. CDDAR training courses are conducted to ensure the timely response and recovery of downed aircraft without creating more damage.
