U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Spencer Kelly, a crew member assigned to the national security cutter USCGC Stone (WMSL 758), directs operations for the landing of a Coast Guard Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron MH-65 Dolphin helicopter in the Atlantic Ocean, Jan. 13, 2023.  Stone is on a scheduled multi-mission deployment in the South Atlantic to counter illicit maritime activities and strengthen relationships for maritime sovereignty throughout the region.
