U.S. Navy Corpsmen with the Maritime Special Purpose Force (MSPF), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), provide aid to a simulated casualty during a Visit, Board, Search and Seizure (VBSS) course at Fort Eustis, Virginia, Jan. 13, 2023.
