Brig. Gen. Timothy C. Hanifen, the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (FWD) commanding general speaks to Marines and Sailors in attendance at the Transfer of Authority ceremony Jan. 30. One of the topics discussed during the speech was the forward progress made by Marines of 2nd MAW in the Al Anbar province.
