MAYPORT, Fla. - (Feb. 7, 2023) — Lt. Vincent Deterlizzi, the commanding officer of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Heron (WPB-87344), hosts a tour of his cutter for Ecuadorian Navy Rear Adm. Jaime Patricio Vela Erazo, Chief of Staff of the Ecuadorian Navy, U.S. Coast Guard Rear Adm. Andrew Sugimoto, U.S. Coast Guard Eleventh District Commander, U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Douglas Clark, Commanding General, 4th Marine Division, and U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Brian Wertzler, Kentucky Army National Guard Deputy Adjutant General, pierside at U.S. Coast Guard Station Mayport, Feb. 7, 2023.
