Senator Frank Farry, Pennsylvania State Senator representing the 6th Senate District of Bucks County, discusses environmental remediation efforts related to water quality and storm-water run-off with during a tour of the newest water treatment plant at Biddle Air National Guard base in Horsham, Pennsylvania, Feb. 10, 2023. The tour included visits to various monitoring sites for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in the groundwater, a new water treatment plant constructed for the base in 2017, and the new large-capacity surface water treatment system, which was constructed through a cooperative agreement with Warminster Township and went into operation August of 2021.
