FORT BUCHANAN, Puerto Rico –The Judge Advocate General of the United States Army, Lt. Gen. Stuart W. Risch, visited Puerto Rico on Feb. 8 as part of his ongoing efforts to spread awareness about the Judge Advocate General program.
During his visit, Lt. Gen. Risch met Col. Carlos Caceres, commanding officer of the 1st Mission Support Command, and different Army legal teams from the 1st MSC, Puerto Rico National Guard and U.S. Garrison Command Fort Buchanan.
