First Sergeants take part in the launch of the Diamond Care initial mock board interview on 14 march 2023, near Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. Using the best practices outlined by the Office of Personnel and Management and the Society of Human Resource Management, Diamond Care has an optional smart watch and ring system that provides first sergeants and their leadership an anonymous metrics to assist them in protecting the health and wellness of first sergeants.
