Blanchfield Army Community Hospital’s outpatient clinic corridor is illuminated by emergency lighting during a controlled power outage on Fort Campbell, Kentucky, March 9. Mission essential services in the hospital like the emergency center, inpatient units and supporting functional areas continued without interruption on the hospital’s auxiliary power system. The installation was participating in an energy resilience exercise to test its electrical grid and back-up power capabilities.
