Dr. Getahun Muluneh, an Ethiopian veterinarian, U.S. Army Capt. Heather Stone, and Spec. Alicia Kelty, 448th Civil Affairs Battalion (448 CA BN) Functional Specialty Team members, vaccinate a goat during a veterinary civic action program (VETCAP) clinic Oct. 27, 2012, in Hirna, Ethiopia. VETCAPs strengthen the capabilities of community-based animal health workers, ensure livestock health, enhance economic stability and develop trust and confidence with partner nations.
