U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jillian Hammond, a motor transportation operator with 3rd Landing Support Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force prepares to depart Dibacong Fish Port in support of Balikatan 23 at Casiguran, Aurora, Philippines, April 7, 2023. A combined force of logisticians and support personnel from the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military are planning and executing a combined joint logistics over-the-shore event during Balikatan 2023, the annual bilateral exercise between the two Allies.
