Ring, the Virginia National Guard Director of the Joint Staff, recognizes soldiers from Tajikistan after they completed an Officer Professional Development, or OPD, March 31, 2023, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. During the OPD, soldiers from Tajikistan focused on weapons training, including engaging targets with both rifle and pistol.
