(April 12, 2023) Sailors assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 11 conduct a mass casualty drill during an escort mission exercise offshore of Long Beach, California, as part of an Adaptive Force Exercise (AFOX) aboard USCG Base Los Angeles/Long Beach in San Pedro, California. AFOX is an advanced phase continuous training event focused on Navy Expeditionary Combat Force (NECF) integration/interoperability and advanced skills for deployment.
