The Air Defense Artillery Training Support Facility Grand Opening happened on May 1, 2023, precluding several soft openings in previous years.
Gen. James H. Dickinson, Commander, United States Space Command and Gen. Daniel L. Karbler, Commander, United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command were in attendance and hosted the event. Brigade commanders from across the air defense artillery community past and present joined in on the celebration, preluded by meeting and greeting and closing with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Curator Correy Twilley and team worked tirelessly over the past couple of years to bring together the greatest collection of air defense pieces known globally.
