WASHINGTON (Feb. 9, 2023) Naval Criminal Investigative Service Special Agent Brian Arellano, Forensic Consultant from the NCIS Office of Forensic Support, demonstrates lifting and transferring latent prints, and the cyanoacrylate (superglue) fuming process to students attending Richard Wright Public Charter School for Journalism and Media Arts. Special Agent Arellano's presentation included techniques for gathering evidence, latent print development and examination, the investigation process and the application of forensic science used in crime scenes.
