Marines from the 7th Engineer Support Battalion position themselves in a defensive posture against simulated armed civilians outside of their camp during a Field Training Exercise (FTX) for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 known as Operation Turning Point. Operation Turning point is an around-the-clock exercise where the Battalion is assessed on its ability to conduct expeditionary construction in a distributed and hostile environment. This exercise will help NMCB 4 certify for deployment in support of 7th fleet. (U.S. Navy Photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Brian Sipe)
