Botswana Defence Force Air Arm Airman Development School commandant, WOII Samuel Simon, presents a gift to Kisling Noncommissioned Officer Academy commandant, Chief Master Sgt. Kevin Wilson, a parting gift at the end of graduation for Class 23-4. This capstone event marked the end of a ten-trip program between the U.S. State Department, Kisling NCOA, and the Botswana Defence Force. The intent of the program was to stand up their own school, discuss curriculum, build schedules, plan class activities, coordinate graduation efforts, and discuss future development opportunities for professional military education collaboration.
