Fort Leonard Wood officials plan to host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1 p.m., Nov. 15, at 153 Frizell Street for 40 houses that were built to replace those that were destroyed when an EF-3 tornado struck the installation, Dec. 31, 2010. The new duplex homes, which average about 1,840 square feet, offer increased living space and a tornado safe room for soldiers and their families.
