U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Michael Buhrman, 554th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer contingency structures non-commissioned officer in charge, assists two contractors with delivering a 144 kilowatt generator supplied by the Federal Emergency Management Agency to an off-base location in Dededo, Guam, June 5, 2023. This generator will be providing power to a deep water well in Yigo that pumps water to the Barrigada distribution water tank for island use.
