Joint team refloat and relocate aids to navigation in inner Apra Harbor

Members of U.S. Coast Guard Regional Dive Locker Pacific, USCGC Sequoia (WLB 215), U.S. Coast Guard Station Apra Harbor, and the U.S. Navy Seabees from Commander Task Force 75 work together on June 6, 2023, place a temporary buoy in the harbor for relocation and refloat for removal a buoy that sank at Victor Pier in inner Apra Harbor during Typhoon Mawar. The team used divers and lift bags to raise the buoy before the U.S. Navy Seabees used their crane to relocate it to the pier for the Sequoia team to relocate to the buoy yard by forklift.
