U.S. Army Capt. Zeroy Lawson Jr., a Marshal, Va. native, joined the Joint Task Force - National Capital Region in support of the 57th Presidential Inauguration, which takes place Jan. 21, 2013. The task force is charged with coordinating all military ceremonial support for the inaugural period.
