Air Force Colonel Timothy Gordon, 102nd Intelligence Wing vice commander, presents the Air and Space Commendation Medal to Capt. Sean P. Hannigan during a change of command ceremony held at Air Station Cape Cod on Friday, June 16, 2023. During the ceremony, Capt. Hannigan relinquished command of U.S. Coast Guard Base Cape Cod to Capt.
