Maj. Gen. Michael C. McCurry, U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence and Fort Novosel commander, and Command Sgt. Maj. Kirk R. Coley, command sergeant major of the aviation branch, recognize Soldiers from the 6th and 906th Military Police Detachments that executed a physical training event for the May 2023 USAACE Readiness Day, by presenting coins to them at Fort Novosel, Ala., June 20, 2023. The training event included a law enforcement rife qualification range, a firefighter training event including deploying a firehose and operating a Kaiser sled, and a military working dog demonstration in which volunteers donned bite suits and were pursued by working dogs.
