Local government and military leaders attended the ceremony at the U.S. Marine Corps Hangar at Andersen Air Force Base, June 21. Rear Adm. Benjamin Nicholson relinquished command to JRM to Rear Adm. Gregory Huffman. Huffman arrives following a tour as commander, Carrier Strike Group Twelve in Norfolk, Virginia.
