Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity officers and senior enlisted personnel tour USS Indianapolis Combat Training Pool at Recruit Training Command, here Oct. 1. The pool is where more than recruits work to pass a third class swim test. NETSAFA is the U.S. Navy's agent for Navy education and training. They coordinate and supply training support to international governments and international organizations. As a field activity of the Naval Education and Training Command, NETSAFA serves as a focal point for all security assistance training program issues, coordination and advice within the U.S. Navy. NETSAFA is an integral part of the Navy International Programs Office. The 10 NETSAFA officers from eight countries toured RTC to observe Navy training. (U.S. Navy photo by Scott A.
