Matthew Eanes – Director of the Performance Accountability Council’s Program Management Office – responds to a question presented by Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Employee Council member Caitlin Lerch at the third DCSA fireside chat as employees attended in person and virtually on June 22.
