Flagging it down the run road…Douglas H Stutz plods along one of three running legs as part of the Naval Hospital/Navy Medicine Readiness Training Command Bremerton 12-member run team taking part in the Ragnar Northwest Passage relay, July 14 & 15, 2023. Stutz, public affairs officer and the others completed the 200-mile run which started from Blaine, Washington on the Canadian border and wound through the sideroads and byways past Naval Air Station Whidbey Island to the southern end of the island (courtesy photo).
