U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. James Horr, Sergeant Major of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) (MEU(SOC)), fist bumps Cpl. Nestor Juarezpozos, a machine gunner with the 26th MEU(SOC)’s Battalion Landing Team 1/6, after a physical training event on the last day of Corporals Course hosted aboard the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), Atlantic Ocean, July 25, 2023. The 26th MEU(SOC) ran Corporals Course concurrently onboard all three ships of the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) which also includes the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) and the Harpers Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50).
