U.S. Army Sgt. Miguel Luna Ortiz, a Bayamon, Puerto Rico native, whose family resides in Baltimore, joins the Joint Task Force - National Capital Region in support of the 57th Presidential Inauguration, which will take place Jan. 21, 2013. The task force is charged with coordinating all military ceremonial support for the inaugural period.
