Soldiers of the 32nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team had the opportunity to talk with Command Sgt. Maj. Curtis Patrouille, the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s state command sergeant major, and Chief Warrant Officer 5 Charles Mattison, Wisconsin's command chief warrant officer, as they arrived at Fort McCoy, Wis. for XCTC on July 23. The three weeks of XCTC provide Soldiers with exercises that will test their skills and grow their knowledge base as the Red Arrow Brigade prepares for JRTC next year.
