A fish weir, an obstruction placed in tidal waters, placed wholly across Ballinger Creek. The weir was installed to capture the fish to be transferred to fish buckets, before dewatering Ballinger Creek, in Ballinger Park, Mountlake Terrace, Washington, as part of the restoration project.
