Kevin Epps was named MCTSSA's Civilian of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2023.
Epps serves as the lead Test Engineer for Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch (AVTB) and joined MCTSSA in April 2017.
Epps is from San Diego, California, and also serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Logistician at the rank of captain.
