U.S. Army Lt. Col. Jason Halloren, commander, 3rd Battalion, 501st Aviation Regiment, Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Armored Division, based out of Fort Bliss, Texas speaks to soldier and civilian motorcycle enthusiasts prior to the Fall Joint Armed Forces Motorcycle Safety Rally and Ride held on Nov. 15, 2012. The all day-event focused on motorcycle safety awareness and was open to all Soldiers, retirees, family members and the El Paso community. The safety rally began with the riders convoying from Fort Bliss to White Sands Missile Range, N.M., culminating with more than 300 motorcycles convoying back to Fort Bliss where there were contests and other entertainment.
