U.S. Army Reserve Lt. Col. Ali Turabi, anesthesiologist from the 338th Medical Brigade, performs a ultrasound using his Butterfly ultrasound unit on a community member, Aug 5 at the Calvo Field House at the University of Guam. This was the mother's third pregnancy but the first time she had received an ultrasound. Guam Wellness Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) is a collaborative partnership with the Department of Public Health and Social Services that leverages military contributions and community resources to multiply value and cost savings for participants.
