Picture was taken in the Southern Helmand province of Afghanistan. The flag of Afghanistan was posted high above ground level atop the stage that was constructed to oversee soldiers marching on the parade deck it faced. On this day, one thousand Afghan soldiers graduated basic training for the 215th Maiwand Corps of the Afghanistan National Army.
