Matthew Case, commander, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic (NMFL), NMFL Command Master Chief Zachary Pryor, and Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Troy Carter, an independent duty corpsman assigned to the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS BIllings (LCS 15), pose for a group photo with staff members from the St. Vincent Foundation hospital before a roundtable discussion.
