Matthew Case, commander, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic (NMFL), NMFL Command Master Chief Zachary Pryor, and Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Troy Carter, an independent duty corpsman assigned to the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) participate in a round table discussion with staff members of the St. Vincent Foundation hospital. NMFL leadership attended the discussion as part of a multi-day Executive Engagement Visit (EEV), which consisted of engagements with corporate executives, government officials, education leaders, local media, veteran organizations, and civic groups in support of Navy Community Outreach.
