Senior Airman Symone Venter, 920th Aeromedical Staging Squadron rescue medical technician, conducts a blood draw on an Airman’s arm during an individual medical readiness appointment at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida, Aug. 5, 2023. IMR appointments include physical exams, immunizations, blood draws for lab work, dental exams and mental health assessments to ensure Airmen are ready and capable to deploy in support of worldwide operations.
