YOKOSUKA, Japan (August 18, 2023) - Capt. Les Sobol, Commander (center), Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Nammie Limbach (left), director of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Yokosuka Office, and a volunteer (right), cut a ribbon in the entrance of the new office. The Yokosuka Office of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society has relocated to a new office space and hosted an open house to celebrate the reopening. For more than 75 years, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
