Two members of the Michigan Air National Guard's 127th Wing practice removing fuel from a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft into an R-11 refueling vehicle while three engines remain running, in a process referred to as, "wet wing defuel," during Exercise Northern Strike 23, at MBS International Airport, Freeland, Michigan, Aug. 9, 2023.
