LSSA Rosa Ucanan is assigned to NMRTC Portsmouth but is on Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) at Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command, Williamsburg, VA, (NMRLC). NMRLC is responsible for global expeditionary medical logistics resources and supporting Combatant Commands' wartime contingency requirements.
