Paul Hayward, 25th Infantry Division Deputy Commanding General - Interoperability, on the status of the road that her team and the Indonesian National Armed Forces service members have been working on during Super Garuda Shield 23 at Puslatpur, Indonesia, 30 Aug. 2023. Service members are constructing the road in order to facilitate multi-national training during Super Garuda Shield 23. The road was constructed to connect the main military post to the tank firing range. #SuperGarudaShield 2023 is an annual exercise that has significantly grown in scope and size since 2009. #SGS2023 is the second consecutive time this exercise has grown into a combined and #joint event, highlighting the 6 participating and 12 observing nations’ commitment to #partnership and a #freeandopenindopacific.
