Lt. Gen. John Paxton passes the command colors to Brig. Gen. W. Blake Crowe during a succession of command ceremony aboard Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads Dec. 13. Crowe is expected to fill the position as commander of Marine Corps Forces Command and Fleet Marine Forces Atlantic until a replacement is nominated and confirmed.
