The U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz’s Army Substance Abuse Program received the 2022 Suicide Prevention Recognition Award at the Department of Defense annual Suicide Prevention Recognition Ceremony in the Hall of Heroes at the Pentagon Sept. 6. Award recipients were acknowledged for their installations’ creative programs, outreach efforts and commitment to suicide prevention.
