Sailors attached to Royal Brunei Navy vessel KDB Darulaman (08) maneuver a small-boat in preparation to board U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro (WMSL 755) as part of a visit, board, search and seizure subject matter expert exchange during an at-sea engagement Sept. 15, 2023, in the South China Sea. Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2023 is the premier bilateral exercise held annually between the United States and Royal Brunei forces.
