Ferdinand Napuli, commander of the Philippines Army’s Special Operations Forces Regiment – Airborne, during the international training command’s Semester 23-5 graduation on the John C. Stennis Space Center in South Mississippi, Sept. 14. Napuli, who traveled to the United States to serve as the graduation keynote speaker, also signed a letter of intent to collaborate with NAVSCIATTS in the SFR-A’s riverine training center, which will be in the Philippines’ province of Bohol.
