Seaman Daron Street, Mass Communication Specialist, takes a photo from Vulture's Row above the flight deck aboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) during a Snoopy Team drill. The mission of the Snoopy team is to take pictures of any surface contact the ship may encounter. Truman and embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3 are underway on a regular scheduled deployment in support of Maritime Security Operations (MSO). MSO help set the conditions for security and stability in the maritime environment, as well as complement the counterterrorism and security efforts of regional nations. These operations seek to disrupt violent extemists?use of the maritime environment as a venue for attack or to transport personnel, weapons or other material.
